06-07-2008 The Padstow Seafood School Maureen at The Padstow Seafood SchoolMaureen recently combined a holiday in sunny Cornwall with a two day Seafood and Sushi course at the famous Rick Stein's Seafood Cookery School. "This was an excellent course which I thorougly enjoyed and can wholeheartedly recommend to anyone, whatever their cooking skills.The school was excellently equipped and the teachers/chefs were terrific. Everyone was very helpful and there was a lovely friendly atmosphere. Apart from learning a lot of new skills, you get to eat all the recipes you cook, which were all delicious ... |

17-01-2008 The Happy Milkman Maureen was recently on location with Artists Group in Cascais, Portugal working on a Russian TV commercial entitled "The Happy Milkman" for Metra Films, who are based in Moscow."This was an extremely enjoyable assignment for me out on location in the glorious Portuguese sunshine.
